Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring efficient tracking and management
• Establish and manage operations for a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams
• Handle financial operations, including accounting and expense reporting, while developing compliance reports and tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget
• Five years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience with operational planning and management principles
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting processes
