Senior Grants Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring efficient tracking, management, and communication
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal staff
• Handle operations related to accounting, expense reporting, and procurement while building relationships with vendors and partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five (5) years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience with operational planning and management in a healthcare context
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting, financial, and reporting processes related to grants
