Senior Grants Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for data science research grants, including management, communication, and efficiency maximization
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle operations related to accounting, expense reporting, procurement, and departmental contracting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience with operational planning, financial analysis, and budgeting processes
• Proficient in budget projection, variance analysis, and financial data interpretation
