Job Summary

Senior Grants Project Coordinator provides full-time operational and project coordination support for federal grant review and application activities, overseeing complex processes and ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination and administration of grant review activities, including reviewer recruitment and scheduling
  • Oversee processing and validation of grant applications submitted through federal systems
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in grants administration or related operational environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting federal grant programs or government program administration required
  • Experience coordinating complex operational workflows and quality assurance activities
  • Prior experience providing guidance or mentorship to team members preferred
