Senior Grants Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Grants Specialist (Remote) in Infectious Diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-award and award processes for complex grant proposals, including budgeting and compliance
• Coordinate with Principal Investigators and various departments to ensure timely submission and management of grants
• Oversee grant closeout procedures and maintain accurate financial reporting for sponsored projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in grant management
• No specific certifications required
• Knowledge of agency guidelines and research administration regulations preferred
• Familiarity with grant management systems such as S2S, RMS, and SUBS is a plus
