Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Grants Specialist (Remote) in the Neurosurgery department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-award grant processes, including proposal preparation, budgeting, and compliance with sponsor guidelines
• Oversee award management, including reviewing notices of award and monitoring annual agency reports
• Coordinate grant closeout procedures and ensure timely submission of final reports and compliance documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in grant administration
• No specific certification or professional license required
• Knowledge of research administration and complex regulations preferred
• Familiarity with grant management systems and agency guidelines is a plus
