Senior Graphic Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design Manager (FT, Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Design Director and team to establish creative direction and user experience for Spanish Reading products
• Create engaging design solutions ensuring cohesion between print and digital components
• Lead and manage the design and user experience of product components with a focus on usability for teachers and students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a similar field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in K-12 education, children's publishing, or media, preferably in Language Arts/Spanish
• 5+ years of experience in print design processes and production
• Experience in implementing Design Thinking and User-Centered Design practices
• Expert level proficiency in Adobe CC and Microsoft Office
