Job Summary

Leading creative strategy and executing the visual identity of the organization, the full-time Senior Graphic Designer will manage branding across global communications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the visual strategy for national campaigns and maintain a cohesive design system across all chapters
  • Champion brand standards and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
  • Manage multiple projects and optimize the workflow for the creative team while ensuring high-quality outputs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 8-10+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in non-profit or faith-driven environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign development, and digital and print design
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with familiarity in Figma and After Effects a plus
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design best practices
