Key Responsibilities

• Develop real estate marketing materials and sales collateral
• Create and maintain organized design templates for collateral production
• Design graphics for various content types and present concepts to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in editorial design and creating files for print and digital distribution
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
