Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who will serve as a strategic partner with advanced design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop real estate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
• Create and maintain organized design templates to streamline collateral production
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and implement revisions

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in editorial design and creating files for print and digital distribution
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
