Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to drive growth and scale performance channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static ads for Paid Social, utilizing performance data to create high-performing creative
• Design performance and editorial Emails, collaborating with Channel partners to refine design systems
• Develop testing roadmaps in partnership with ACD, Channel, and Brand teams while staying informed on competitive trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in high-growth startup or agency settings
• Proven experience in design for performance channels, particularly Paid Social and Email
• Strong ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Highly collaborative and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
