Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging website and landing page designs that optimize user experience and conversion
• Develop on-brand visuals and social media graphics, including logos and brand identities for clients
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure design deliverables align with client expectations and campaign goals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, and brand design, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven ability to create conversion-optimized designs for digital platforms
• Expert knowledge in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Advanced understanding of CRO, UX/UI, and visual hierarchy for websites and landing pages
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools and a willingness to explore automation for efficiency
