Job Summary
To support a mission-driven healthcare initiative, the full-time Senior Graphic Designer will shape and scale the brand's visual story through multi-channel campaign design, motion graphics, and brand stewardship in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute visual systems for major product and marketing launches based on high-level marketing goals
- Own and document the brand identity system to ensure a consistent visual language across all platforms
- Direct the creation of high-impact motion assets and iterate on creative assets based on performance data
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a DTC brand or high-growth startup
- Deep proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Intermediate skills in video editing and motion design, including After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Experience building scalable design systems and structured creative workflows
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns
