Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Leading design initiatives, the full-time Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Art Director and Creative Director on various in-house projects, including web and mobile UI, branding, and illustrations, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to translate company strategies into modern creative designs
• Proactively lead high-profile projects, guiding non-design collaborators through feedback and refinement processes
• Mentor design team members while monitoring design trends to enhance user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Design and/or relevant work experience
• 7+ years of experience in a digital design position
• Portfolio showcasing creative design work
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS products, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• 1 year of experience with Figma or XD, along with knowledge of HTML/CSS
