Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer, the full-time remote position will manage graphic design projects from concept to final delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders to create compelling visuals that align with corporate branding.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborates with internal teams to determine proposal messaging and themes, translating concepts into engaging graphics
• Oversees the graphics function within the Capture Management department, managing resources and evaluating work quality
• Designs layouts and graphics for various marketing materials, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and project requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, advertising, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in graphic design
• Mastery of InDesign, Illustrator, and other graphic design software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent collaboration skills and a consultative mindset for effective communication with team members
