Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Owning and growing the advisor-facing sales collateral program, the remote Senior Graphic Designer will produce design work for over 25 Partner brands, collaborating directly with Partner Presidents, sales representatives, and financial advisors to deliver impactful marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the advisor-facing sales collateral program, defining service tiers and quality standards while scaling it across the Partner network
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, translating business goals into creative direction and presenting design work to senior leadership
• Lead the design of various sales and digital marketing collateral, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all materials

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing work across multiple brands
• Direct client or senior stakeholder experience, including scoping and presenting creative work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
• Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint, including creating templates for non-designers
• Experience maintaining brand standards and knowledge of print and digital production processes
