Senior GRC Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Combining practical compliance knowledge with hands-on systems and automation, the full-time Senior GRC Compliance Analyst will serve as a senior-level contributor focused on control mapping, gap analysis, and regulatory requirements translation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform control mapping, gap analysis, and remediation tracking across multiple compliance frameworks to reduce audit risk
• Partner with engineering, IT, security, and data teams to translate regulatory requirements into testable controls and automation solutions
• Build workflows, dashboards, and tooling integrations to enhance control visibility and evidence quality

Required qualifications

• Experience in cloud or SaaS control environments with frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS
• Ability to map requirements to technical controls and identify compliance gaps
• Hands-on automation experience with tools such as Python, SQL, and APIs
• Experience managing audit evidence and remediation during live audit cycles
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development platforms like Claude Cowork/Code for building internal tools
