Senior GRC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GRC Engineer to build and manage a modern Governance, Risk, and Compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the governance framework for agentic systems and define policies and compliance posture
• Automate evidence collection and integrate AI tools to enhance GRC processes
• Drive SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX ITGC compliance while building operational risk functions and maturing the TPRM program

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GRC, security engineering, or a hybrid role
• Proficiency in coding, particularly in Python or equivalent, for building integrations and pipelines
• Experience with modern GRC platforms and understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST AI RMF
• Experience managing evidence and walkthroughs for SOX ITGC cycles at a public company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
