Senior GRC Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance security governance, the full-time Senior GRC Engineer will build and operate data pipelines, automate compliance processes, and design AI workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate pipelines that aggregate and normalize risk, control, and asset signals from various systems
- Translate security standards into policy-as-code, creating enforceable and testable rules
- Automate evidence collection and continuous control monitoring for regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in backend, platform, data, or security engineering
- Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, Java, or Go, with experience in reading unfamiliar codebases
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and integration patterns such as REST APIs and webhooks
- Experience in pulling and normalizing data from multiple sources
- Ability to define technical direction in ambiguous problem spaces across teams
