Senior GRC Lead
Job Summary
Owning the Governance, Risk, and Compliance program, the full-time Senior GRC Lead will manage compliance audits, support privacy compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Jasper's AI-native products remain compliant and trustworthy in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive compliance audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001) from readiness through certification and support GDPR compliance efforts
- Maintain and improve the risk register, including risk identification and remediation tracking, while managing vendor risk assessments
- Serve as the subject-matter expert during customer audits and sales engagements, ensuring compliance requirements are embedded in company operations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR
- Experience with GRC tooling (e.g., Vanta, Drata) and managing vendor risk programs
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in governance, risk, and compliance
- CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or similar certification is preferred
