Senior Group Travel Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Charter & Group Sr. Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage group Tour Operations Agreements (TOAs) and oversee charter contracts from proposal to execution
• Create and maintain charter proposals and administer the LEX Affinity & Charter Portal
• Coordinate pre-departure and onboard arrangements for group and charter programs, ensuring seamless execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in group travel coordination or sales operations within the travel or hospitality industry
• Prior experience with expedition or luxury travel is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management and CRM platforms
• Client-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
