Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Group Sr Underwriter Life, Absence and Disability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance to lower level group underwriters
• Evaluate risk for complex group insurance products and ensure proper pricing and funding methods
• Contribute to division profitability through client profitability analysis and participate in product development

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4-6 years of Life, Absence, and Disability underwriting experience
• Familiarity with cases in the 2,000+ Lives market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• PC skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications
