Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Growth Account Manager to drive retention and expansion for a portfolio of Enterprise and Scale-Up customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and drive expansion within existing customer accounts
- Identify and close upsell and GMV expansion opportunities through increased platform usage
- Build and maintain trusted executive relationships and develop strategic account plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Expansion Sales in a B2B2C or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience using data to identify growth opportunities
- Confidence in leading executive-level conversations as a trusted growth advisor
- Bonus: Experience in photography or service-driven verticals with operational complexity
