Senior Growth Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the analytical engine behind growth, the remote Senior Growth Analyst will build and maintain the revenue growth model, establish rigorous experimentation frameworks, and analyze multi-source datasets to drive strategic insights and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the revenue growth model, translating business assumptions into a defensible financial and operational plan
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks across the customer lifecycle to enhance acquisition, activation, and retention strategies
• Synthesize insights into clear recommendations that influence executive decision-making and partner closely with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth startups in strategy, business operations, or analytics
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and growth analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools preferred
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
