Senior Growth Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance member engagement and revenue recognition, the full-time Senior Growth Analyst will lead analytics initiatives, develop and maintain Braze attributes, and build dashboards in Looker, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Braze attributes for lifecycle segmentation and personalization
• Own marketing attribution analysis to measure the impact of channels and campaigns on member engagement
• Build and maintain Looker dashboards to track member engagement and channel effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree at a minimum
• 3-5+ years of experience in member/customer engagement analytics or a related quantitative role
• Proven experience building dashboards in Looker or a comparable BI tool
• Working understanding of production SQL and DBT ETL models
• Experience with attribution and revenue recognition analytics
