Senior Growth Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a team and contributing to key analytics projects, the full-time Senior Growth Analytics Analyst II will collaborate with cross-functional partners to track metrics that drive profitability and growth, while promoting a data-driven culture and optimizing marketing strategies remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRM marketing and e-commerce teams as the analytics expert
• Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests to support data-driven optimizations
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs for business initiatives, building reports and dashboards

Required qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in a quantitative field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries for large data sets
• Experience building reports and dashboards in PowerBI
• Knowledge of key analytics principles such as randomized control experimentation and cohort analysis
