Senior Growth Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Growth Analytics Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive profitability and growth through data analysis, A/B testing, and the development of measurement frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRM marketing and e-commerce teams to serve as the analytics expert
• Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests to promote a data-driven culture
• Develop measurement strategies and integrate data to address complex business questions

Required qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in a quantitative field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for large data sets
• Experience building reports and dashboards in PowerBI
• Working knowledge of key analytics principles such as randomized control experimentation and cohort analysis
