Senior Growth Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a team and contributing to key analytics projects, the full-time Senior Growth Analytics Analyst will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to identify and track metrics that drive profitability and growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRM marketing and e-commerce teams to provide expertise in analytics and data processes
• Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests to foster a test and learn culture across CRM and personalization channels
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs for business initiatives, building reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs

Required qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in a quantitative field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries for large data sets
• Experience with PowerBI for building reports and dashboards
• Working knowledge of analytics principles, including randomized control experimentation and cohort analysis
