Senior Growth Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a team and contributing to key analytics projects, the full-time Senior Growth Analytics Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify metrics that drive profitability and growth, while promoting a test-and-learn culture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRM marketing and e-commerce teams to provide analytics expertise
• Design and analyze A/B tests to support data-driven optimizations across channels
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs, building reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs

Required qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in a quantitative field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role
• Proficient in SQL for analyzing large data sets in a cloud database environment
• Experience with PowerBI for building reports and dashboards
• Working knowledge of key analytics principles such as randomized control experimentation and cohort analysis
