Senior Growth Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a team and contributing to key analytics projects, the full-time Senior Growth Analytics Analyst will collaborate with various departments to identify metrics that drive profitability and growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRM marketing and e-commerce teams to provide expertise in analytics and data processes
• Design and analyze A/B tests to promote a test-and-learn culture across CRM and personalization channels
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs, building reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs

Required qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in a quantitative field with 7+ years of progressive experience in an analytical role
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for large data sets in a cloud database environment
• Experience with PowerBI for building reports and dashboards, adhering to data visualization best practices
• Strong understanding of analytics principles such as randomized control experimentation and cohort analysis
• Ability to develop analytics frameworks to address ambiguous business questions and stakeholder needs
