Senior Growth Architect

Job Summary

To build an AI-native growth engine that transforms interested visitors into high-quality, sales-ready buyers, the full-time remote Senior Growth Architect will design the architecture of the buyer journey and create integrated systems that manage buyer engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full buyer journey from initial interest through product qualification to sales readiness, ensuring a connected experience across all touchpoints
• Develop the buyer intelligence layer, including scoring and next-best-action logic, to facilitate seamless handoffs between various systems
• Implement AI-driven lifecycle and nurture systems that deliver timely, relevant messaging to engage potential buyers effectively

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in designing AI-driven systems and building functional prototypes as a hands-on individual contributor
• Demonstrated ownership of measurable business outcomes related to growth, conversion, or funnel optimization
• Experience in designing intelligence layers, including signals, scoring, and decision logic that enhance customer interactions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects to transition prototypes into production-ready systems
• Strong product judgment regarding the end-to-end buyer experience and comfort with ambiguity and broad project scopes
