Senior Growth Associate

Job Summary

Supporting growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Growth Associate will coordinate agency credentials, manage pitch logistics, and track new business activities, working in a hybrid environment from Morristown, NJ or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage pitch logistics from kickoff through submission, ensuring timelines and deliverables are organized
• Draft and compile responses to RFI and RFP questions while managing presentation materials for new business opportunities
• Conduct research on prospective clients and monitor industry news to inform growth strategies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and common AI tools; experience with Hubspot and Smartsheet is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience supporting new business, growth, or prospecting initiatives is preferred
