Job Summary
Owning and executing end-to-end growth campaigns, the full-time Senior Growth Campaign Manager will translate growth strategy into integrated multi-channel campaigns, lead demand generation initiatives, and manage industry conferences while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, and CRM automation, managing planning, performance tracking, and pipeline attribution
- Contribute to growth strategy by identifying new customer acquisition channels and optimizing the demand engine based on performance data
- Manage lead generation initiatives for conferences and events, measuring ROI and pipeline contributions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record in integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Experience with AI tools and building custom agents for task automation
- Strong experience managing industry conferences and trade shows end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize high-converting landing pages
