• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer, with 3+ years on a Growth-related team
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Experience with hypothesis-driven iteration and experimentation
• Ability to translate user insights and business goals into intuitive design
• Desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through design
