Key Responsibilities

• Implement and iterate on A/B tests and experiments to optimize user behavior and funnel performance
• Enhance client and clinician onboarding processes by identifying friction points and improving conversion rates
• Develop user-facing features and backend services to create a positive first impression for users

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in growth engineering or product-led growth
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable systems in a production environment
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Ruby, Go, and React
• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data analytics for product iteration
