Senior Growth Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Growth Engineer to join their Growth Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own growth engineering projects end-to-end, implementing systems for localization, referral programs, and tracking infrastructure
• Build features on the marketing site to enhance user discovery and conversion, including landing pages and interactive tools
• Drive experimentation and optimization, setting up experiments and iterating based on results while maintaining system health

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundations in frontend development using React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
• Experience with SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
• Ability to work effectively in remote, asynchronous environments and collaborate across teams
• Experience integrating AI into user-facing marketing features
• Personal involvement in content creation, with familiarity using similar tools
