Job Summary

Owning organic traffic growth for premium florist websites, the full-time Senior Growth Engineer will identify and execute high-impact SEO initiatives while shipping technical improvements and building SEO tools in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage organic traffic growth for BloomNation's florist websites and marketplace, focusing on qualified traffic that drives business outcomes
• Perform technical SEO audits, build a roadmap for improvements, and write production code in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Develop tracking infrastructure and reporting systems to measure organic performance and inform decision-making

Required qualifications

• Strong technical SEO experience with a proven track record of improving organic traffic
• Proficiency in writing and shipping production code, particularly in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Deep understanding of search engine crawling, indexing, and ranking processes
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including defining tracking requirements
• Ability to operate independently and manage the full cycle of SEO initiatives from research to execution
