Senior Growth Engineer

Job Summary

Driving measurable business growth through technology, the full-time remote Senior Growth Engineer will leverage data to build scalable products and AI solutions that enhance customer acquisition and revenue generation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage data to identify opportunities and execute projects for customer and revenue growth
• Build and scale products that support Samsara's revenue engine, including customer acquisition funnels and GTM AI products
• Serve as a technical leader, mentoring junior engineers and influencing product development best practices

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack or growth-focused environments
• Proficient in Python (Flask or similar frameworks) and JavaScript (ideally Vue.js)
• Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure platforms for deployment and scalability
• Strong understanding of web architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, test, and deploy production-quality systems end-to-end
