Senior Growth Hacker

Job Summary

Driving growth for an API platform, the full-time remote Senior Growth Hacker will own the experimentation roadmap, identify new acquisition channels, and optimize onboarding funnels to enhance developer signups and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, measure, and iterate on growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and expansion
• Identify and test new channels and tactics for reaching developers and technical buyers
• Set up tracking and dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making and manage paid acquisition tests

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or growth hacking roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel metrics and cohort analysis
• Hands-on experience with growth and marketing tools, including analytics platforms and A/B testing tools
• Experience with product-led or developer-facing products is a strong plus
• Ability to work with high autonomy while aligning with business goals
