Job Summary
Data-obsessed and strategic, the full-time remote Senior Growth Manager will own the post-lead user journey for the Annuities business, focusing on re-engagement, retention, and maximizing long-term customer value through multi-channel campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute the Annuities Re-Engagement Roadmap to move prospects along a high-consideration sales journey
- Develop interventions and self-serve tools to relieve agent workload while guiding clients through the funnel
- Run high-velocity A/B tests and optimize lifecycle automation sequences across various channels
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Lifecycle/Re-Engagement, Growth Product, or CRM within a B2C Tech, FinTech, Insurtech, or Marketplace company
- Proficiency in multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, SMS, and conversational AI
- Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing automation tools such as Braze or HubSpot
- Strong analytical skills, including SQL proficiency for performance analysis
- Experience collaborating on shared goals with Product Managers in cross-functional teams
