Senior Growth Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and management of market-facing service offerings for distributed energy resources (DERs), the full-time Senior Growth Manager will drive customer-centric solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of service offerings, including design, pricing, and customer targeting
• Conduct customer discovery and market research to inform service design and prioritize offerings
• Lead the development of new service offerings and pilot programs based on market insights

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in energy, focusing on DERs, demand response, or energy markets
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, energy systems, business, or a related field
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch programs or services
• Strong understanding of utility program design and implementation
• Client-facing experience, including presentations and solution development
