Job Summary
Leading lifecycle management initiatives, the full-time Senior Growth Manager will develop and execute strategies for individualized member communications, manage a team focused on lifecycle infrastructure, and collaborate across departments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle strategy and best practices for multi-channel communications, ensuring high deliverability and messaging health
- Coordinate program management activities, including sprint planning and team roadmaps, to ensure timely execution of projects
- Lead experimentation and analysis of lifecycle metrics to drive insights and optimize campaign performance
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on lifecycle/CRM marketing experience, including building and scaling lifecycle programs
- Experience with lifecycle infrastructure setup, including segmentation and multi-channel journeys
- Deep expertise with Customer.io or similar CRM platforms
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with SQL and reporting tools
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and program management across cross-functional teams
