Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketer to build and manage pipeline generation systems and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the demand system and methodology, redefining how demand is built and scaled
• Run paid search and paid social campaigns, managing account architecture, budgets, and recommendations
• Build a weekly operating system for forecasting, performance readouts, and aligned decision-making with RevOps

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth, with 4+ years owning pipeline numbers end-to-end
• Proven track record of pipeline impact with the ability to articulate changes and their effectiveness
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on imperfect data
• Experience thriving in startup environments, demonstrating high agency and accountability
• Bonus: Experience marketing to security, trust, compliance, or technical buying groups
