Job Summary

Senior Growth Marketer, a remote full-time position responsible for owning the post-launch go-to-market strategy and driving growth through answer engine optimization and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AEO tactics to enhance brand visibility and presence across answer engines
• Design and run AEO experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities and translate findings into strategic recommendations
• Build reporting frameworks connecting AEO visibility to demand outcomes and champion AI automation for improved marketing efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, SEO, AEO, or related digital growth roles
• Deep understanding of content strategy and AI-driven discovery trends
• Expertise in SEO and AEO, with experience in implementing tactics that improve brand visibility
• Experience leading go-to-market strategy for products or growth programs
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Looker, and AEO tracking tools
