• Evaluate current account structures and define scalable architectures for DTC growth
• Establish a documented framework for creative testing, performance evaluation, and iteration
• Implement structured testing protocols and scaling guardrails to improve experimentation velocity

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of paid social expertise within DTC eCommerce growth
• Proven ability to manage and scale multiple DTC accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success building DTC account structures from launch through scale
• Expert-level understanding of Meta and other performance platforms
• Experienced in high-velocity testing and scaling methodologies
