Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a remote opportunity for a full-time Senior Growth Marketing Lead focused on managing the full funnel from first touch through signup, optimizing website and onboarding flows, and coordinating paid media strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Own SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy across owned channels while managing organic social as a discovery and trust channel
  • Drive conversion rate optimization across landing pages and onboarding flows, partnering with Product and Design to implement improvements
  • Build and prioritize the growth experiment backlog, developing hypotheses, running tests, and analyzing results to inform strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, preferably in a B2C or B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of improving search rankings and organic performance
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze data and execute insights
  • Ability to connect channel performance to business outcomes, such as signups and retention
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar data querying tools is a plus
