Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Patient Growth Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of acquisition, enrollment, and conversion marketing programs targeting enterprise partners and consumers
• Conduct rigorous MVT and AB testing to evaluate marketing performance
• Lead reporting and analysis on patient marketing programs to ensure alignment with goals and optimize based on data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in healthcare services
• 4+ years of experience managing ad platforms and audience building
• Deep experience with email marketing
• Strong history of CRO and MVT experience with quantitative skills in marketing data analysis
• Experience scaling growth across various target markets with multiple product offerings
