Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in high-volume email or outbound campaigns, including HubSpot or equivalent
• Experience building automated workflows with a focus on CRM hygiene
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data independently
• Familiarity with AI tools for personalization and sequence optimization
• Ability to write effective outreach copy tailored to different audiences
