Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to manage the full marketing funnel and optimize growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies, and manage organic social channels
• Drive conversion rate optimization across landing pages and onboarding flows
• Build and prioritize growth experiments, analyze results, and connect insights to strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
• Proven track record of improving search rankings and organic performance
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze data and drive insights
• Experience designing and executing experiments from hypothesis to decision
• Familiarity with SQL or similar data querying tools is a plus
