A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, New Ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Growth to develop and execute a full-funnel DTC growth strategy
• Manage acquisition channels and oversee daily execution of the DTC growth strategy across various platforms
• Build and optimize a testing and learning engine to enhance marketing performance and patient engagement

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in DTC growth marketing with a focus on acquisition marketing
• Experience in a 0-1 growth environment, testing and scaling channels from scratch
• Hands-on experience managing paid social channels with significant monthly spend
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data analysis
• Experience in retention marketing is a plus
